VentsDirects.com's wood vents are a natural wood product.  Natural wood characteristics such as mineral streaks, small knots and grain variation are to be expected and are not considered defects.  Color changes may occur with aging and are not considered defects.  Some species may darken more than other species when exposed to sunlight.

VentsDirect.com will, at its option 1) repair or replace the vent, or 2) refund the purchase price of the damaged vent.  This warranty does not cover consequential damages, special, indirect or incidental damages.  Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitations of incidental or consequential damages, so the exclusion may not apply to you.

VentsDirect.com's warranty does not cover damage to our wood vents due to improper customer finishing, improper installation, abuse or use in a manner other than that for which our product was intended.

THIS WARRANTY IS MADE IN LIEU OF, AND EXCLUDES, ANY OTHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY OF ANY TYPE OR KIND, PARTICULARLY ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND ALL OTHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES ARE HEREBY DISCLAIMED.
